Using new Assets

after a long time without working on this project i decided to start working on it again. using new assets and fixing some very minor stuff.
right now i am working on moving my project to godot 4.0 since i want to use the upgrades and new features of the engine. mainly for the tilesets tools but for a couple other features too.
